- 1 qt. persimmons
- 2 c. hot milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Add some raisins (to taste), dates, coconut and nuts (if desired).

2Put persimmons in colander and set in bowl.

3Pour hot milk over them and work pulp through colander.

4Add goodies to it. Pour into baking pan and cook until fork comes out clean and nice and brown.

5Good plain or with cream cheese frosting or Cool Whip on top.
