- 1 t chili powder
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper

- 1 lemon
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a roasting pan. Bake in 425 degrees approximately 40 minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon over the potatoes immediately when taking out of the oven.
