  • 1 1/2 pounds Yukon Gold cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 3 T Olive oil
  • 1 t chili powder
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • 8 sprigs tyme
  • 1 lemon

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a roasting pan. Bake in 425 degrees approximately 40 minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon over the potatoes immediately when taking out of the oven.
