Chili Supper Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (two can pack) chili dinner with beef and beans
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (1 c.)
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Directions

1Cook ground beef, onion and pepper until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.

2Stir in both cans of chili dinner, corn and cheese; heat until bubbling hot.

3Pour into 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.

4Prepare muffin mix following package directions. Spoon half the batter in diagonal bands across top of casserole. Spoon remaining batter into 3 or 4 paper baking cup-lined muffin pans.

5Bake both at 400° for 17 minutes.

6Makes 8 servings.
