- 1 packages Tortilla chips (I prefer white corn)
- 1 can Salsa de chile Colorado ( red chile sauce) 1 pound/12 ounces
- 4 cup Shredded chicken
- 3 cup Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Dried basil
- 1 can Cooking spray
Directions

1Heat a large, deep pan on Medium heat.

2Apply cooking spray to the bottom and sides of pan.

3Empty entire bag of tortilla chips into the pan.

4Pour half of the red chile sauce over the tortilla chips.

5Spread the shredded chicken over the tortilla chips and press down with your palm to even the layers.

6Next pour the rest of the red chile sauce over the chicken.

7Top off with the shredded Jack cheese.

8Sprinkle with the dried basil and cook for 15 minutes covered.
