  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pt. strawberries
  • 1/2 c. currant jelly, melted

Directions

    Beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and pour into crumb crust.

    Chill several hours.

    Clean strawberries and place in a ring on top of chilled pie.

    Brush strawberries with melted jelly.
