Ingredients
- 1 12 cups cooked rice, chilled (white, brown or wild)
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 12 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 14 cup almonds, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 13 cup crisco vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions

1Combine rice, green onions, green peppers, almonds and parsley in medium serving bowl.

2Blend oil, rice vinegar, salt and pepper in small mixing bowl.

3Pour over rice mixture.

4Toss to coat.

5Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

6Stir and add salt and pepper to taste.
