- 1 lb ground beef
- 14 ounces canned Chinese vegetables
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- crunchy chow mein noodles
Directions

1In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain well.

2Drain the Chinese vegetables and add to the ground beef.

3Combine the corn starch and soy sauce.

4Add to the meat mixture and cook until heated through.

5Butter the hamburger buns and toast under the broiler.

6For each sandwich, put 1/4 of the meat mixture on the bottom half of the bun, top with chow mein noodles, then top half of the bun and serve.
