  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. drained bean sprouts
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. Chinese noodles

Directions

    Brown meat in small amount of oil. Add all ingredients except noodles.

    Place in greased casserole.

    Bake, covered, for 1/2 hour, then bake, uncovered, 1/2 hour in a 350° oven.

    Sprinkle with noodles and bake 15 minutes longer.
