  • 2 to 3 lb. cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 2 to 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. chicken broth

    Stir-fry cabbage in oil and salt.

    Add carrot and onions.

    Cook, tossing a minute or so.
