- 1 c. chopped onion
- 4 c. chicken pieces
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) Chinese vegetables, drained
- 1 (3 oz.) Chinese noodles
Directions

1Saute celery, onion and chicken until done well.

2Add remaining ingredients except noodles. Turn into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.

3Sprinkle noodles over top. Bake 5 minutes longer.
