  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 4 c. chicken pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) Chinese vegetables, drained
  • 1 (3 oz.) Chinese noodles

Directions

    Saute celery, onion and chicken until done well.

    Add remaining ingredients except noodles. Turn into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.

    Sprinkle noodles over top. Bake 5 minutes longer.
