- 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 3/4 c. mayo
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms
- 1 tsp. onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 oz. water chestnuts, drained and slivered
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 c. Chinese noodles
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients except butter, almonds and noodles.

3Put in 2-quart casserole.

4Melt butter; add almonds and noodles and sprinkle on top.

5Bake 35 minutes.
