- 2 c. water
- 2 2/3 c. Minute rice
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 2/3 c. water
- 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1In small saucepan bring 2 cups water to boil.

2Stir in rice. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.

3Meanwhile, using a 10-inch skillet, cook eggs in margarine.

4Add chopped onion and the rice until mixture is lightly browned.

5Mix 2/3 cup water with 5 or 6 tablespoons soy sauce and stir into rice.

6Heat until water is absorbed.

7Makes 8 servings.
