- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can drained bean sprouts
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. warm water
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Add onion and celery.

3Simmer until tender.

4Add water.

5Combine rest of ingredients and add to mixture.

6Place in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish (or 2 smaller ones).

7Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350°.

8Uncover and bake another 30 minutes or until rice is done.

9Sprinkle noodles on top.

10Bake 15 minutes longer.

11Serve with soy sauce.
