- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. chow mein noodles (3 oz.)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Put in casserole and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour covered and 1/2 hour uncovered.

4Sprinkle a few chow mein noodles on top.

5Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.

6Upon serving, sprinkle with a few more chow mein noodles.
