Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. chow mein noodles (3 oz.)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onion.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Put in casserole and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour covered and 1/2 hour uncovered.

    Sprinkle a few chow mein noodles on top.

    Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.

    Upon serving, sprinkle with a few more chow mein noodles.
