- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

- 1/4 cup onions pre-cut chopped
- 1 cup snow pea pods fresh, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts cooked and cut into thin strips, about 10 ounces
