Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms (save liquid)
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 small can sliced chestnuts
  • 1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry noodles
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. liquid from mushrooms and chestnuts
  • 1 1/4 c. cashews
  • 2 pkg. George Washington broth

Directions

    Saute vegetables in 2 tablespoons oil.

    Add remaining ingredients and put in greased casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° until heated.
