- 1 c. converted rice, cooked
- 1/2 c. diced green onions
- 1/3 c. pimientos
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- pinch of salt
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
Directions

1Cook rice as directed.

2Saute onions and pimientos in butter in frypan until softened. Stir eggs, salt and bean sprouts into rice.

3Put in well-greased round ring mold.

4Put ring mold on large baking or roasting pan filled with 1-inch water.

5Heat in oven about 20 minutes and unmold.

6Serve hot.

7Yields 8 to 10 servings.
