- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar (1/2 can be used)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. whole pecan meats
- 1 (9-inch) pie pan with pastry
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour in pastry-lined pan.

3Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then lower oven to 350°.

4Bake for 30 minutes longer or until knife comes out clean.
