  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sugar (1/2 can be used)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. whole pecan meats
  • 1 (9-inch) pie pan with pastry

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour in pastry-lined pan.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then lower oven to 350°.

    Bake for 30 minutes longer or until knife comes out clean.
