- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables, drained
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
Directions

1In skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender (use shortening, if necessary).

2Stir to separate meat; pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.

3Cover.

4Reduce heat; cook 10 minutes or until rice is done.

5Stir often.

6Serve with additional soy.
