Name: Chipped Beef Dip
Ingredients: 2 pkg. dried beef, chopped; 2 c. mayonnaise; 2 c. sour cream; 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped; 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped; 2 tsp. dill weed; 2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning (Spice Island); 1 round rye bread (slice top, cut out inside of bread and cut into squares)

1 round rye bread (slice top, cut out inside of bread and cut into squares)

Mix dried beef with mayonnaise, sour cream, onions, parsley, dill and Beau Monde.

Refrigerate.

Serve inside scooped out rye bread.
