- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Sift the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl.

2In another bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, cocoa powder and yogurt. Add seasoning to taste.

3Combine the flour mixture and the yogurt mixture and mix well.

4Leave the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for one hour.

5Drop one tablespoon amounts of batter onto an oiled and heated non-stick skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes.

6When small holes form on the surface of the blinis, turn them over and cook for another minute.
