  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 5 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. cold water

    Grease cake pan.

    Place flour, cocoa, sugar and salt in bottom of pan.

    Make 3 holes.

    Put oil in one, vinegar in one and vanilla in one.

    Pour 1 cup of cold water over ingredients and mix until smooth.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Check after about 20 minutes.
