- 700 grams refine flour
- 2 dozen eggs
- 750 grams sugar
- 30 grams cake gel
- 300 ml luke water
- 75 grams coco poder
- 20 grams baking soda
Directions

1Mix eggs and suger together.

2Mix cake gel in luke warm water and mix in the egg and suger mixture.

3Whisk it till it becomes to peak foam position.

4Now add refine flour and coco power in mixture.

5Keep the batter in a tray and bake it at 180C for 20 min.

6Make separate suger syrup with 1 liter of water and 200 gm suger.

7Add brandy 90 ml for flavour.

8Now temper Dark Chocolate and keep aside.

9Take out the base of bread from oven.

10And sprinkle suger syrup on top

11Now apply tempered dark chocolate on top and keep in freezer for setting it.

12Decorate it with cream and temper white chocolate
