  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Confectioners' sugar

Directions

    Pour into greased 9 by 12-inch baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.
