Chocolate cake

   Mix the flour, cocoa powder and the salt together

   Put in another bowl the sugar and oil and mix

   Add to step 2 the eggs, natural vinegar, and the vanilla

   Put the ingredients of step 1 in the same bowl of step 3

   Mix it all together until it becomes soft and creamy

   Put it in the oven 180c for app.

   40-50 min.

   (repeat for the second cake step 1-5)

   Put the mascarpone in a bowl and whip up until it's creamy

    Put it on the cake, after that put the second cake on top of it.

    And add more cream on top.

    Sprinkle some pistachios on the cake and voila!
