  • 14 cup butter, softened
  • 1 12 cups white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 34 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 13 cups gold medal all-purpose flour
  • 14 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 34 cup hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk

    Preheat oven to 350.

    For cupcakes, line pan with paper/foil liners.

    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt.

    In large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

    Add eggs one at a time.

    Add 1/3 flour mixture and stir.

    Add 1/3 milk and stir.

    Repeat 2 more times.

    Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full.

    Bake 15-17 minutes.

    Toothpick should come out clean.
