- 2 7/8 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 1/16 cups cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 5/8 cup oil
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 11/16 cups hot water
- powdered sugar
- margarine for greasing
- flour for dusting
Directions

1Grease a bundt pan with margarine and sprinkle with flour.

2Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

3In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and baking soda. Stir well.

4Add the oil, vinegar, and hot water and beat well, until the dough is homogeneous, and starts to produce bubbles.

5Pour the batter in the cake pan, and bake for about 45 minutes.

6Once cooked, remove from the oven, unmold, and allow it to cool.

7When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
