  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/16 cups cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 5/8 cup oil
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 11/16 cups hot water
  • powdered sugar
  • margarine for greasing
  • flour for dusting

    Grease a bundt pan with margarine and sprinkle with flour.

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and baking soda. Stir well.

    Add the oil, vinegar, and hot water and beat well, until the dough is homogeneous, and starts to produce bubbles.

    Pour the batter in the cake pan, and bake for about 45 minutes.

    Once cooked, remove from the oven, unmold, and allow it to cool.

    When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
