  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Melt margarine; mix sugar and eggs.

    Add other ingredients; mix well.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake for 5 minutes at 425°, then reduce to 350° and continue to bake for 35 to 40 more minutes until set.
