  • 14 ounces, weight Package Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • 3 whole Large Eggs
  • 1 whole Egg White
  • 6 Tablespoons Skim Milk
  • 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1-1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornmeal

Bake for 40 minutes; cover with aluminum foil and bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until the center of the pie is set. Let cool completely before serving.
