  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 5 1/3 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 unbaked pie shell or 12 unbaked tart shells

    Melt margarine.

    Stir sugar and cocoa into margarine.

    Add vanilla and stir.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well with fork.

    Add milk; stir well.

    Pour into pie shell and bake approximately 45 minutes at 350°

    or until set.

    For tarts, bake 20 minutes at 350°.
