  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa (rounded)
  • 1 Tbsp. flour (rounded)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. milk (can use evaporated)
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Melt butter.

    In separate pan, mix sugar, flour and cocoa. Pour into butter.

    Stir to mix. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring after each one.

    Add milk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for approximately 40 minutes until set. Cool thoroughly before cutting.

    Top with Cool Whip before serving.
