- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Nuts
Directions

1Beat cream cheese, butter and sugars in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

2Blend in egg and vanilla.

3Mix oats, flour, baking powder and salt.

4Add oat mixture to cream cheese mixture; mix well.

5Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

6Spread into greased 13x9-inch baking pan.

7Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

8Cool; cut into bars.
