- 1/4 c. butter (at room temperature)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. cold milk
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1In a large bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in milk, chocolate chips and walnuts.

3Mixture will be thick. Pour into greased 9 x 3-inch spring-form cake pan.

4Sprinkle with topping.

5Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

6Let cool completely.
