- 2 cup dark/white cooking chocolate
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 2/3 cup cornflakes
Directions

1Melt the chocolate and butter over a pan of simmering water.

2Leave chocolate to cool for three to five minutes, or until lukewarm.

3Add the Cornflakes into the chocolate and stir carefully, coating the flakes with chocolate.

4Or you can pour the chocolate over the flakes- it works the same.

5Carefully spoon lumps into small muffin cups (is that what you call them) and leave to cool completely until the chocolate has set.
