Chocolate Cornflakes

  • 2 cup dark/white cooking chocolate
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 2/3 cup cornflakes

Directions

    Melt the chocolate and butter over a pan of simmering water.

    Leave chocolate to cool for three to five minutes, or until lukewarm.

    Add the Cornflakes into the chocolate and stir carefully, coating the flakes with chocolate.

    Or you can pour the chocolate over the flakes- it works the same.

    Carefully spoon lumps into small muffin cups (is that what you call them) and leave to cool completely until the chocolate has set.
