- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Cook to 300°.

2Remove and mix in 1 tablespoon of soda and pour into a well-oiled 8 x 8-inch pan.

3This will foam up a lot when you add the soda and you must be fast in putting it into pan.

4The pan should be set on a cake rack so it will cool faster, and it will be not so likely to fall either.

5When cool, break and dip into melted chocolate and you have Sea Foam Candy.
