- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Combine butter, flour and pecans.

2Spread and press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

3Bake at 375° for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

4Cool.

5Combine the cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip; blend thoroughly.

6Spread over cooled baked crust.

7Chill. Combine pudding mix and milk; continue beating until pudding has thickened.

8Spread pudding over cream cheese layer.

9Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding.

10Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
