  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 c. Cool Whip, divided
  • 2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix (lemon is also good)
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix flour, margarine and pecans.
  2. 2
    Pat into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Cool.
