Chocolate Dessert

Directions

   Crush cookies with rolling pin or in food processor.

   Mix butter with crumbs and press in 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Mix cream cheese, 1/2 of Cool Whip and powdered sugar.

   Place over crust. Mix pudding with 3 cups milk.

   Pour over above mixture.

   Cover with remainder of Cool Whip.

   Refrigerate.
