- 2 c. sugar
- 2 (10 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan.

2Cook over low heat until chocolate and butter melt.

3Stir constantly until mixture boils.

4Boil for 1 minute; stir constantly.

5Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.

6Beat at high speed until spreading consistency. Immediately spread on cake.

8Will frost top and sides of one 3 layer cake.
