  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 carton (large) Cool Whip
  • 2 small instant puddings (your choice of flavor)
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients together and place in bottom of baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 300°.

    Then mix together cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip.
  3. 3
    Mix together puddings and milk and spread over cream cheese mixture.
  4. 4
    Top with remainder of Cool Whip and sprinkle pecans on top.
