- 2 3/4 cups self raising flour
- 1 baking powder level teaspoon
- 9/16 cup soft brown sugar light
- 3 ounces Stork Tub
- 6 1/8 ounces plain chocolate chopped
- 6 1/8 tablespoons mini marshmallows
- 2 eggs medium
- 300ml (1/2 pint) semi - skimmed milk
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 200°C, 180°C fan, gas mark 6.

2Sift the flour and baking powder into a large mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

3Spoon the mixture into 12 muffin tins (lined with paper cases if wished).

4Bake in a preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes.

5These muffins are best served warm.
