Chocolate Marshmallow Squares

   Combine first three ingredients in a 3 quart glass bowl. Microwave on medium for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes or until morsels soften; stirring after 2 minutes.

   Stir until mixture is smooth. Stir in marshmallows and peanuts.

   Spread in a lightly greased 12 x 8

   x 2 dish.

   Refrigerate until firm.

   Cut into a 2 inch squares.
