Chocolate MINUTE Tapioca Pudding

  • 3 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix chocolate, sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in medium saucepan.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to full boil.

    (Pudding thickens as it cools.)

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in vanilla.

    Cool 20 minutes; stir.

    Stir before serving.

    Serve warm or chilled.

    Garnishing Tip: Garnish with dollop of thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping and sprinkle with grated BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate.
