- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 2 1/4 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
- 2 whole eggs + 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
Directions

1Melt the chocolate in the liqueur over very low heat and set aside.

2Combine eggs + extra yolks, vanilla and sugar in container of blender and blend for 2 minutes.

3Add cream and blend for another minute.

4Add the chocolate mixture and blend until smooth. The mousse must be made at least three hours ahead and chilled thoroughly.

5It will keep for several days in the refrigerator and for months in the freezer.

6If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
