- 2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. semi-sweet real chocolate morsels
- 1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
- 1/4 lb. marshmallows
- dash of salt
- 1 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Directions

1Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.

2Preheat oven to 250°.

3Combine coconut and butter; press into 9-inch pie plate.

4Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until evenly browned.

5Cool.

6In medium saucepan, combine chocolate morsels, pumpkin, marshmallows and salt.

7Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until morsels and marshmallows melt and mixture is smooth.

8Cool; beat with wire whisk.

9Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into crust.

10Chill.
