  • 210 grams Cake flour
  • 30 grams Cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 120 grams Butter
  • 130 grams Light brown sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 120 ml Milk
  • 1 or more, (to taste)... Chocolate bar
  • 1 Chocolate chips

Directions

    Preparation... Bring the butter and eggs to room temperature.

    Combine the dry ingredients, and sift together.

    Line the muffin mold with muffin cups.

    Cream the butter really well.
  5. 5
    Add the light brown sugar, and mix until the mixture becomes white and fluffy.

    Add the beaten eggs to Step 2 little by little, and mix well.

    Alternately add the sifted dry ingredients and milk into 3-4 batches, and mix with a spatula.

    (Please be careful not to over mix.)

    Fill the cups with the Step 4 batter about 1/2 full, press down the broken chocolate pieces in the middle of the surface.

    Pour in the remaining batter, and sprinkle in the chocolate chips.

    Lightly drop the muffin mold 2-3 times onto the counter to remove air bubbles.

    Bake in the oven for 25-28 minutes at 180C.

    Cool in the mold without removing (It'll makes the muffins moist).
