- 2 1/2 lb. zucchini
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 qt. chicken stock
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dill weed
- 1 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Slice unpeeled zucchini.

2Place in a large saucepan with onion.

3Add chicken stock.

4Add dill weed and cover.

5Cook for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are soft.

6Remove from heat and mash well.

7Add cream.

8Heat, but do not boil.
