  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. pecans, finely cut
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 3/4 c. canned milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Add sugar to eggs and beat well.

    Add remaining ingredients. Pour into uncooked pie shell and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 250° to 275° or until filling is set.
