  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cups Wheat Germ
  • 6 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 13 cups Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 2 cups Roughly Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

    In a large bowl toss together the oats, wheat germ, vegetable oil, honey, cinnamon, salt and pecans.

    Then arrange it in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.

    Bake for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

    Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.

    Stir in the chocolate chips.

    Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
