- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. Karo syrup
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. Baker's sweet chocolate (German's) or 4 (4 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

2large bowl stir eggs, corn syrup, chocolate, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended.

3Stir in pecans.

4Pour into pie shell.

6in 350° oven 50 to 60 minutes or until knife comes out
